About

Salatin family farm in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley near Staunton, bought by William and Lucille Salatin in 1961 and now worked by three generations. Regenerative, grass-based farming with daily cow moves, compost and no synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or GMOs; visitors welcome any time.

Ships frozen via UPS to the contiguous US every week: UPS 1-2 day Ground ($25 delivery fee, free over $175, $50 minimum) or UPS 2-Day Air ($35 fee, $50 minimum); also on-farm store and pickup locations/neighborhood delivery clubs across the region (pickup has no minimum and the lowest prices).
