Multi-generation family farm in the South Carolina Piedmont run by Matt and Kelly Watson, who moved from selling calves into the commodity pipeline to finishing beef on grass and selling it direct. Regenerative rotational grazing, with pastured pork and chicken alongside the beef and an on-farm store in Chester.
