About

Family-run New Hampshire meat farm started in 1998 by Keira and Brian Farmer, who sold their car to buy their first five buffalo. They now raise bison, Scottish Highland cattle and pastured pigs across three farm locations, with the cattle on pasture at Pitcher Mountain Farm, and run a year-round farm store in Warner. Cattle graze rotated pastures, and the meat is USDA inspected.

Note: Phone 603-456-2833, info@yankeefarmersmarket.com. The farm says it also partners with trusted local farms for more selection, so not every beef cut is necessarily from its own Highland herd. Grass-finished and no-hormones/antibiotics claims are the farm's own. Farm store open Monday to Thursday 10 to 5 and Saturday 9 to 4.
