Grass-fed, grain-finished beef from cattle the family breeds themselves. Cattle spend most of their time grazing pasture, eat hay and forages grown on the farm, and are finished with non-GMO grain the farm grinds itself. No antibiotics, growth hormones, GMOs or steroids (per the farm)
