Cattle are born, raised and grazed on the ranch's 600+ acres across 8 nearby Warren County locations, rotated May-November through 15 pesticide- and herbicide-free pastures and fed only farm-grown hay in winter, then finished on grass to 24-28 months. No antibiotic treatments or hormone implants; every carcass dry-aged 14 days (per the ranch)
