100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef, never finished on grain; cattle are born on the farm, raised on mother's milk, naturally weaned and rotationally grazed, with farm-grown hay and silage through the winter. No hormones or prophylactic antibiotics in feed, and pastures are fertilized with the farm's own manure and compost (per the farm).
