The Acre & Plate directory has grown to 57 ranches across the U.S. selling beef from named herds: Fullblood Wagyu, Akaushi, heritage breeds, and grass-fed family ranches. Each ranch is verified from its public website.

One new verified ranch since the 56 milestone: Fellers Ranch, a partnership of family farmers and a 90-year-old, family-owned, USDA-inspected butcher shop in Conger, Minnesota (Wagyu raised slow, about 26 months, on a custom diet in a low-stress environment, with no hormones or antibiotics; every animal processed and dry-aged at the Conger butcher shop). It ships to the lower 48 states, with local hand delivery in south-central Minnesota. It is the first Minnesota listing in the directory.

Same rule as always: not grocery-store marketing, just working ranches selling direct to people who care where dinner came from. Browse by breed and state at acreandplate.com/listings. Ranch partners who want premium placement can see Featured Ranch at acreandplate.com/featured (one-pager: PDF).
